This chocolate chip cookie recipe definately knows how to hit the spot. Not only is it so delicious and moist- its 100% flour free! The Banana adds to the moist texture and adds a subtle twist which tastes heavenly. Ingredients 2 Cups Ground Almond 1 Cup Ground Coconut 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Chocolate Chip 3 Eggs (2 Whites, 1 Full) 1 Banana 1 TBS Cinnamon 1 TBS Vanilla
Directions:

Pour all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Mash banana with fork. Then add the two egg whites, 1 full egg, Vanilla and mix into mashed banana.

Add Liquid Mixture into bowl and mix until ingredients becomes a sticky cookie dough.

Create small circle balls and put on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10-15 Min at 350 Degrees
